All That Jazz

Café Turtle's new dinner menu

Imagine munching on some delish bruschetta and pasta while reading Jennifer Weiner’s latest chick lit, or a classic P.G. Wodehouse novel. Throw in some live jazz sessions and it’s a close-to-heaven combo.

This isn’t just a daydream – Café Turtle has just introduced a new dinner menu at their branch in Greater Kailash. They’ve always attracted loyal customers who can’t resist their killer books-and-snacks combo, but they’ve now enhanced their selection of coffees and cakes with a range of starters, mains, salads and desserts.

We recommend starting your evening with the Lebanese Platter. For the main course, go for cannelloni stuffed with mushrooms and topped by spinach and cheese sauce. You may be filled to the gills, but don’t miss the crumbly apple pie.

The food may be pricey by café standards, but the soothing jazz makes the experience worthwhile. And while you’re indulging, how about buying a nice book for the weekend on your way out?

Café Turtle, N-8, Greater Kailash-1 Market, Delhi. Telephone: 29245641/2/3.
Dinner menu prices from Rs 150 to Rs 400. Jazz nights on Fridays and Sundays.
