Our Trendy Fashionista loved the knee-length ruffled green chiffon bias cut dress with decorative tonal sequins, for an evening out in town. The seemingly incongruous combination of floral chiffon appliqués with a scooped round neck ribbed tee is a perfect match with skinny jeans.
